Yes! We have a roommate matching service that allows you to create a profile and talk with other future residents before moving in.

Yes! On the last page of the application, you have the option to create a roommate group. You can invite roommates by entering their name and email address. You can also contact the leasing office to inform us of your roommate group. We will make sure you are placed together!

Good question! The building, each apartment, and all of the amenity doors use a controlled, geokey system for secure access. The security is airtight!

Absolutely. We believe in creating spaces that help you relax when you need a break, and focus when you need to work. That is why our amenities feature a hot tub, yoga studio, and fitness center, and are paired with study booths and gathering spaces for study sessions.

​6nineteen is "wheels away from campus", so close that you could ride your skateboard to campus!  Our convenient location puts SDSU, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and more all within walking distance.

3bed/3bath and 8bed/8bath (each unit includes a private bed/bath).

The $45/month community fee covers internet, trash valet, and pest control. Electricity, water, and gas will be billed back monthly based on usage.

Yes! The shared living areas include a couch, coffee table, 72" TV, rug, wall art, kitchen utensils, cookware, and glassware. The bedroom includes a full-size bed, under-bed storage, built-in desk, chair, shelves, 42" TV, wardrobe, vanity sink, shower, and toilet.
